- Put it on your Calendar, invite your Family, Friends and Neighbors, Check out “The Belfast Cowboys”, and spread the word.
- Buy /Sell your Raffle Tickets. Each book has 40 tickets. $3 per ticket/$120 for the whole book. — $5000 Grand Prize, 1st Prize $1000 Cash, 2nd Prize $750 Cash, 3rd Prize $500 Cash and several Gift Certificates.
- Use your creativity to put together awesome Silent Auction Baskets to support Sacred Heart Catholic Church and School.
- Sign up to Volunteer Calling Bingo, Attending Kids Games, Selling Raffle Tickets, Pull Tabs, Grilling Burgers and Brats, serve a shift in the Dining Room, and other opportunities to volunteer. Yes we need Pot Scrubbers too!
The Schedule
September 8th
4:00 PM – Mass in Church (One hour earlier than usual)
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Food and Fun!!!
Food: Pulled Pork Dinner, Hamburger’s, Brat’s, Pizza, Beer, Mini-Doughnuts and more
Kids Games, Inflatables, Silent Auction, C0untry Store and More
7:00 PM – 11:00 PM Musical Guest: “The Belfast Cowboys”
September 9th
8 & 10 AM Mass in English, 11:30 AM Mass in Latin
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Family Fun Day with Kids Games, Inflatables and More!!!
Food: Chicken Dinner in the Gym, Burgers and Brats by the Big Tent.
Beer Garden with some special Mixed Drinks Available
Games: Bingo in the Marian Rooms,
Silent Auction in the Parish Commons.
